A 1,200 ft² duplex apartment in the heart of the Manhattan district of Chelsea, featuring a spectacular rooftop terrace and extra tall ceilings over 2 floors.

The project idea revolved around creating an open plan concept between the living and dining areas, as well as the upstairs to upgrade the previously perceived narrow sequence of rooms into a generously flowing space. By removing existing obstructions, we were able to leverage the existing tall ceilings and windows and cast sunlight deep into the floor plan. A high-end design approach was chosen for this apartment reflected in stone finishes and designer furniture throughout the remodel.
